There are no artifacts for Scala 2.11 and 2.12

@jvican I've fixed bincompat checks to skip checking for missed v0.5.0 artifacts

I've just released 0.5.0+18-46bbb74d for all the Scala versions, thought we were already using the sbt project matrix plugin in the build and that just running publish would publish all cross-compiled versions. Thanks for flagging this and sorry for the delay!
