Use SPDX standard for license in package.json as per new npm guidelines

npm has updated it's guidelines on license information: https://github.com/npm/npm/releases/tag/v2.10.0.

In short, the "licenses" field is now deprecated and needs to be replaced with just "license": "MIT".
