another App-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX doesn't get in running state

Hello,
I am using vault for sidecar injection and followed all the instructions of the README but when I run
vi patch-basic-annotations.yaml kubectl patch deployment app --patch "$(cat patch-basic-annotations.yaml)"
My first app-xxxxxxxxxxx pod doesn't get terminated and newly app-xxxxxxxxxxxxx stays in init state.
