dired-async: copy and rename use large-file-warning-threshold to ask for user-confirmation

When you copy (or move) a file larger than ~10MB in dired-async-mode
you'r asked for confirmation. I'm (personal opinion) am annoyed by this, since copying large files is the reason I use dired-async
in the first place.
A work-around would be to set large-file-warning-threshold
to nil
, but then you lose the confirmation on visiting large files.
I would prefer the introduction of a separate variable (like dired-async-large-file-warning-threshold
). So the user can handle this two (very different cases) individually.
