How can we ensure that the G/R list are the same for two calls to the detector?

When I generate the statements, their z-scores are all larger than 4.0, but after I save them and call the detector again, their values become much lower. I set the seed to be the same for both calls, but I don't understand why the z-scores are much lower during the second call.
