getting the book id requires users to open up their browser devtools. not all users will know how to use devtools, so there needs to be an easier way to get the book id.

using the api to get the book id will not work as it requires authentication

window.foxitAssetURL returns the book url, just like pearson_pdf.book_url but without /pages/page
