lots of unplaces images pile up from MapMill-Knitter import

through either spam or over-eager users. THere were 330 on a publicized map of ours.

I'm adding a line to delete any unplaced images which have been untouched for over an hour. This will run whenever you reload the map's page.

Not sure this was resolved. Maybe people do the import, move the thing a little, and leave it? But this should catch some...
