ui_settings doesn't change anything

Changing the UI settings using WWTClient.ui_settings doesn't change anything in the main window. This appears to be because the uisettings (http://www.worldwidetelescope.org/Developers/LayerControlAPI#uisettings) command in the LCAPI is not doing anything when run outside of pywwt.
