Pings the server (for nudges)
Accepts (besides username and password):
<nothing>
Returns:
0 -> means nothing updated
NUDGE, phone_number,phone_number,phone_number -> new nudge

ping should actually accept:
clearnudges=1
to show that the user received the nudges and those should be cleared from the
table...
