Problem with command buttons

After wiring 6 buttons (command + 5 memories) with 10k and 1k resistors as default, if I press the command button it perfectly works, but if I press memory 1 it plays memory 2, if I press memory 2 it plays memory 4 and so on. I tried changing resistor values in the code but it doesn't seem to change anything.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Forgot to add, as command button I'm using the one existent in a rotary encoder with pushbutton.

After reviewing the wiring when I remembered it was the button in the encoder, I found out I accidentally put two different resistors in parallel and somehow it was messing up with the behaviour of the buttons 2-6, so mistake on my part.
