Incorrect Mission Target Sounds in FT Mode

Version: 2.1.0

In FT mode, hitting the mission targets should play sound 49D like the other spot target banks, and play sound 52 when all 3 mission target lights are lit (and the 4th mission selected). This is the behavior in the original Full Tilt! version of the game.

In the original Windows version, it plays sound 52 without a mission active and sound 49D during a mission, even when all 3 mission target lights are lit, as it does currently in this project. This is actually normally not seen since "SOUND52.WAV" is not present in the Windows version.
