Show the names of the evaluators when viewing the evaluation queue. This would work when viewing the "Unanswered", "Answered", and "All" tabs. Maybe show when the evaluation was done too, among other info; will need to see what all is offered by the API.

Khan Academy project evaluations were removed in December 2020.
