@kadena/client 0.2.11throwing errors

I was having some bugs such as "account name does not match account......" and some other bugs @Kadena/client. I was using the latest version (^0.2.11) which was messing up, I just switched to the lower version (^0.1.10) and so far so good.

@advanztek It helps identifying the issue if you include a sample code that causes the error.
