Should use URLs well, allowing users to copy/paste urls to other users to recreate state.

Should work on two url params:
- home: The id of the home folder
- doc: The id of the doc to view
If the "config.prettyUrls" option is true, then these two params should be taken from the url like so: gwiki.com/allae3jwj2o3irj2iefjlkdfalg/asldkgjalwkjr2io4it40
If false, they should be taken from the query like so: gwiki.com?home=allae3jwj2o3irj2iefjlkdfalg&doc=asldkgjalwkjr2io4it40
