Add option to remove logo and set page to that position

Unsure how to name it.
pagesright sounds kinda good, but usually, when a person decides to disable the footerlogo they want to move the page count to the right...
I am also including an option to change the name of Page for multilingual support. Or if somebody wants to remove it.
For the new option, I need to add documentation and test files.
I decided to name it nofooterlogo. I assume people that want to disable the footer logo always want the page number to move to the right.
