Ask Ramona's permission for PCO PR

Make an issue on the PCO tracker asking if Ramon is interested in the type of PR, that I have been working on, if it fits the way PCO should be developing what her feed back is etc. Give her a small demonstration of some of the different types classes I want to propose.
