[Feature] Let the bot be able to leave `last words`

The Problem
Sometimes we need to restart the bot because of the bot dead.
After the restart, the bot will come back to life.
How can we get to know what happened after the bot died?
The Solution
Make a last words for the bot, save it to our MemoryCard, before we restart it.
After booting, the bot should check whether it has any last words in the previous life cycle, if it has, then says it out loud.
