Might be nice for [meta.concat] to map plate names to paths.

Right now, concatenated files the define the same well aren't rendered correctly in the GUI, because they're not considered separate plates. I could probably guess a reasonable plate name from the file path, but it seems better to have the user give something meaningful. The TOML syntax for mappings is also a nicer, which is another plus.
