How to set Content-Disposition header while obtaining pre-signed URL

I need to set Content-Disposition header while obtaining a pre-signed URL for file downloading from S3. This I need so that the downloaded file name can be specified by the user.
I am using Play 2.5.x + Scala 2.11.11.
