Once we do #63 (chatbubble rework) we should set the view to increment relative to the delegate after additional content is loaded.

It's worth pointing out that there's a bit more complexity to this. If someone is scrolled sufficiently far back, we shouldn't changed the scroll position (this would make them lose their place).
