Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
According to CurlyMoo there should be"HeishaMon rules active" already available via MQTT. I have no idea how to add that in your Home assistant add-on.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add "HeishaMon rules active" to the "HeishaMon" Home assistant device - probably as a "sensor.panasonic_heat_pump_stats_XX" value.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Use the "Rules active" value from the console output (last value on first line...):
...
Thu May 9 18:52:38 2024 (19210948): Heishamon stats: Uptime: 0 days 5 hours 20 minutes 10 seconds ## Free memory: 67% ## Heap fragmentation: 21% ## Max free block: 20504 bytes ## Free heap: 26208 bytes ## Wifi: 46% (RSSI: -77) ## Mqtt reconnects: 2 ## Correct data: 100.00% Rules active: 9

Additional context
After a crash reboot the rules are sometimes deactivated - I would like to monitor if that happens in Home assistant.
