Add Information action should reflect changes on save

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create new dataset
  2. Click Add Information action

  3. Fill in some details

  4. Hit Save
  5. Observe UI unchanged

UI is updated only after refreshing the page:

Expectation

After hitting Save the UI is refreshed to include the changes made.
