Remove sliding animation from pop-up windows

Currently e.g. when you press Delete Dataset the pop-up confirmation window appears and slides down for some time before stopping. When you are trying to work fast this is annoying, as you have to chase the OK button with the mouse pointer.

I think it's better UX to remove this animation or replace it with fade so that window position was not changing.
