Readme does not refresh when navigating between datasets

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open https://platform.demo.kamu.dev/kamu/com.defillama.chains
  2. Scroll down and see that readme has title Lists blockchain networks tracked by DefiLlama.com
  3. In the "Search" box enter and open dataset com.defillama.pools
  4. Notice that "Description" and data samples were updated
  5. Scroll down and see that readme still has title Lists blockchain networks tracked by DefiLlama.com
  6. Refresh the page
  7. Observe that readme now has correct title List of DeFi pools tracked by DefiLlama.com

Expectation: readme should refresh when navigating between datasets
