i just don't understand, how do i do that i installed otf file, from windows drop down menu, but the certain undisplaying characters still displaying in question mark rombus or a blank rectangular , why? how to make work PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAASE

Can you please share a document where the radicals are not displaying correctly? And please also which operating system (and version) you're using.
