Take notices about media files

Think about how to take notices about media files and where to save them.

For example: While playing a video, take notices about this video in a textarea.

But how and where to save these information? As comment into meta or a text file, database, Joplin via API etc.?

Adding a comment into the media file is not an option for me. The modification date of the file would be changed then... I think a database is fine with an option to export everything into an CSV file.
