Create new namespace instead of using/polluting FFMPEG from streamio gem

Consider ScreenRecorder:: or something similar instead of using FFMPEG as the top-level namespace. Probably a good idea to not pollute streamio's namespace.

Renaming the project (gem) is not required. Will keep ffmpeg in the name so people know that it's FFmpeg based.
