Handle URLs in posts

Either enable url detection or allow admins to define special out links such as:
>>>/google/some+query+string
>>>/reddit/r/stepmania/comments/3zxst0
>>>/github/karai17/lapis-chan
Which would be better? I feel like just detecting urls would be simpler and more useful.

I think that instead of having out links, just handling URLs would be sensible.
