Attachments are sometimes duplicated

We've noticed that sometimes the attachments sent using multi-forward tool are duplicated. We'll see the attachment is clearly only present once, forward it to another address, and we'll see the attachment listed twice (with the same attachment name). Typically seems to happen with pdf file type attachments.
