However, this shouldn't really be a problem since it's anyway necessary when you open a new document that the most popular sentences for that document are copied to the users_sentences table for your account. That's the merging algorithm right. is this already implemented?

I think that a generated version is opened. When a user saves a document, then he has a personal version.
Is this still a problem? I can not reproduce it any more.
