Add support for DNS target discovery

Would be nice to have DNS target discovery similar to how prometheus does it. https://prometheus.io/docs/prometheus/latest/configuration/configuration/#dns_sd_config

I agree, this came up before but never had the time to implement it.
A PR implementing this is more than welcome.
