Better way to generate documentation

Currently the man pages and the website have to be maintained seperately. It would be much nicer to have one central documentation which dynamically generates parts of the website and the man pages.

The website now uses markdown and there is a python script included which generates the man pages from the markdown content of the website. It relies on https://github.com/sunaku/md2man for the actual conversion.
This is nowhere near perfect but much better than before.
