Add Region Codes to Readme File

I would like to suggest you add the correct values to set the region variable to the README file. It took me a little longer than I would have liked to figure this out. Here are the ones I know:
US Standard: us-east-1
US West (Northern California): us-west-1
EU (Ireland): eu-west-1
Asia Pacific (Singapore): ap-southeast-1
