"Service not enabled" + "No devices found"

I'm running Home Assistant on a VM and just started getting to know the program so i don't really know whats wrong here:

Maybe there's a problem finding the USB Stick, because Home Assistant is running on a VM, but I don't know

Yes, the USB device is not found. You'll probably have to play with configuration of the VM, etc.
