Axial frequency value display

There is no indication which part of the spectrum is lower/higher frequency.

I would like to see a numerical values of bar's corresponding frequency at the bottom or in any axis that the bars are configured.
Describe alternatives you've considered
There is an alternative of me manually changing the configuration of low/high cut off frequency and figure out which bars corresponds to which. This, however, is very inefficient. So, I would like to see the corresponding numerical frequencies of the bars being displayed on the screen.
And it seems so that the bars are shows as 'mirrored', far right/left being higher frequencies and the center being lower frequencies (I may have gotten this wrong, if so, they are reversed, I guess..). So, this add more confusion to what I am looking at.
