Remove KineticJs from FoBo v2.0

The author of kineticjs has moved on to other ventures, kineticjs is stable but has not seen any updates in 3+ years. The author recommends using the more lightweight http://www.concretejs.com/ library.
FoBo has no API extensions related to kineticjs so going forward with v2.0 it will be removed as replacing FoBo's resource handling functions with downloaded resources should be pretty striate forward.
