Try extend the list-group snippet with collapsible sub menus as shown in this fiddle http://jsfiddle.net/JpJqD/84/

Building a snippet (or extending functionality on some existing one) that transforms code as shown in the sidbar at http://getbootstrap.com/css/#overview wold probably be a better candidate.

This could be done by users of FoBo without a FoBo specific snippet.
