Update puppet/modules/sympa/manifests/init.pp to reflect an Augeas bugfix

There is a spelling error in the Augeas postfix lens which has been reported and fixed in the upstream code:

When this fix makes its way into the augeas RPM packaged by CentOS, the Sympa manifest should be updated accordingly.
