Describe the bug
In organization pages, some repositories that are pinned, wont have a link tag

To Reproduce

  1. Go to any organization. For example https://github.com/github
  2. Then scroll down and you will see that the pinned repositories wont have a link tag, but other ones have.

Expected behavior
Those pinned repositories should have a link.
