Broken Indicator Icon on Elementary OS

Icon on the indicator is broken. Restarting and re-installation don't help.

I think the issue is coming from your theming. Can you provide your theme name so I can look it into it?

@kasramp according to my system, this is standard Elementary OS theme that comes with the system. I did nothing to change the appearance of the GTK or the icon theme at all.
