Description of problem

This PR #814 fails to pass CI check, because dep check returns the following error info:

So in order to make CI happy, we need to update github.com/docker/go-unit package to the latest version.

@devimc @jodh-intel agent CI still fails with the same reason(dep check returns error), this pr need to be merged forcefully.
