how can I run this code in windows?

it seems that x11vnc and xvfb are for Linux, and the code uses system instructions to call them. But almost all visual novels are for windows, so how can I run the code in windows or should I use VM?

This program act as a vncviewer (x11vnc is vncserver and xvfb create a virtual display), so theorically it should also work on Windows if you run your game in vnc.
Gonna test it later when I have time.

I have no idea how to use this even a with a linux VM. I wish there was a small guide or something.
