tapping on notification sometimes causes app to restart

sometimes, tapping on a conversation notification causes katzen to restart. this is a new (regression). I suspect this issue is somewhere in gio - see if an upgrade fixes it or if the android device logs (logcat) contain any useful output.

I suspect this is because the app is starting a new Activity and killing off the old one for some reason. Yay Android.

also, the notifications are left on the android notification tray and are not being cleared properly any more.
