Pandoc-citeproc deprecated: add "citeproc" to org-pandoc-valid-options

pandoc-citeproc is now deprecated, in favour of the citeproc library (called by the --citeproc option).
This option should be added to the "org-pandoc-valid-options" constant in ox-pandoc.el, so that it might work out of the box.
