Cannot get the result of UploadData in JSON mode

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. calling UploadData in JSON mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
a valid token but an exception is thrown because there is no converter for the 
type Upload registered.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
In RedmineSerializationJSON.cs, Upload & UploadConverter is missing in the list 
of converters.
