Which version of Octopress is intended to be compatible with this theme? Currently we have different branches and the upcoming Octopress 3 as a gem.

Hi,
This theme is compatible with the master branch (which I believe is the 2.0 version). I guess the name is a bit confusing, but the 3 stand for the Twitter Bootstrap version. I'll add this to the README & demo site.
I intent to keep it compatible with the documented version from http://octopress.org/ but we could have different branches for others versions as well if need be.
