Adding cells to the narrative might be a bit too easy ...

We should think about how to make the act of adding an app or method or data vis a bit more intentional. Right now, clicking the name of the app or data adds it to the narrative, but clicking anywhere else in the area expands the item. The result is that you might end up adding a cell when you were just trying to see what the item is about, polluting the narrative workspace area (this is made worse by the fact that there is no animation when things are adding, so the fact that things are being added could be kind of subtle when you are expecting something else).

Possible suggestion is carrying forward the "launch" idea for adding cells (and "explore" or "visualize" for data) and using the app name to bring up more details (like we have for the App gallery). The functionality of dragging the cell into the narrative area would remain the same.

Adam suggested that launching the app could be invoked by clicking on the app icon only. This would work well if we add a tooltip to it.
