Move this project to the Hyperskale org

This project needs to move to its own organization, and will be just one of multiple Pivotal sponsored hyper-scalable reference architectures. The organization is https://github.com/hyperskale.

Before I transfer the ownership over to the new org, we're going to move to a new development workflow. Once that is all in place with Hyperskale, we'll move it over. Development will continue to occur in this repository and will be mirrored to https://github.com/hyperskale/social-network-example

The due date for this is January 1st, 2019.
