plotRF: document that LOD scores shown, symmetrically

In a related topic. Is it my imagination or are iplotRF's completely symmetrical? i.e. the top left and bottom right sides of the diagonal. As opposed to the standard plotRF's that normally differ somewhat on both sides? I can try attaching some examples plotted with both functions if you want.
