enhancement: last heard time calculation

The latest push to the KC1AWV fork of mrefd/dht has timestamps in RFC3339 format. This should facilitate calculating last heard time to phrases like "1 minute ago" or "3 hours ago" in the browser.
Unless calculating that time in the program is more efficient, of course.
